5:32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
I know this is one a lot of Christians choose to ignore. I know some Christian couples commiting adultery right now. Funny how high the divorce rate is in churches, when the Messiah said these words. He says nothing of being unevenly yoked. Lots of people would leave the church if they had to follow the teachings of Christ.
That's interesting that you say you know some christian couples commiting adultery right now; I've known several couples in my lifetime, and sadly I would have to say they all either regularly attended church (all but one case) and/or would openly call themselves christian.
